+ Order Fulfillment
We make all of our pieces handmade to order, so we cannot guarantee shipment dates. We do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please allow a window up to three weeks. If you need an order by a certain date, email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
+ Product Care
Jewelry is delicate and should be taken care of with a little TLC. To preserve the lasting wear of all delicate products, remove jewelry before coming in contact with harsh chemicals as beauty products and chemicals may cause tarnishing. Keep in mind, avoid storing your sterling silver products near any metal to prevent tarnishing. We recommend storing your jewelry in individual poly bags to slow the oxidation process. Angelica Joy Jewelry is not responsible for any pieces not taken care of accordingly.
We will repair at free of charge within 120 days of purchase if breakage is caused by manufacturer defect. Repairs needed after 120 days or caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Customer is responsible for shipping. Please emails firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization.
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS with the option of ground shipping ($12), second day ($25), and overnight ($35). All international orders have a flat rate of $80. Ordering with expedited shipping does not guarantee immediate production.
+ Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your shipment to exchange your item for store credit. Shipping is not included and must be paid by customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, so for your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
+ Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable for all orders shipped within Florida at a rate of 6%.
