Materials & Product Care
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics. To clean, mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. One piece at a time, soak your jewelry. Use a very soft brush (avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold) to lightly clean each piece. Rinse with care. Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Our jewelry is made locally in South Florida.
Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.
We ship via USPS and all rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs.

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of production excluding weekends and the below listed holidays. Keep in mind that all pieces are hand made to order and may take 10-14 days to produce.

At this time, all sales on angelicajoyjewelry.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. If you have any questions before making a purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
