Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics. To clean, mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. One piece at a time, soak your jewelry. Use a very soft brush (avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold) to lightly clean each piece. Rinse with care. Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

Our jewelry is made locally in South Florida and Louisiana.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.

Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. 

Angelica Joy Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. 

We ship domestically within the USA. 

We ship via USPS and all rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs.

All orders ship from Boca Raton, FL.

Some pieces are in stock and ready to ship, while others are made to order. Each product page specifies its availability.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will ship together once the full order is complete. If you need an in-stock piece sooner, please place two separate orders.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of production, excluding weekends and the holidays listed below. Please note: made-to-order styles may require a 2–3 week lead time as each piece is handcrafted.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following observed holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
